Shaping Up: to come (files to big for mediafire)
Impressions/Stuff Done:
I did four scenes for enemy of my enemy: shots 6, 14, 40, and 41. and i did shots 15 and 27 for shaping up.
My overall impression is that we definitely could have been more organized. I feel like we should have had maybe smaller groups and smaller scale projects, so that we could spend more time working together, instead of having two enormous projects. Just honestly, I feel like a few people did most of the work, and others had some problems working with what they created. In enemy of my enemy, i didn't really have any problems. Everything I needed was already there. For shaping up, I was somewhat lost. My scene required a cat in a tree. I wasn't sure where to put a tree or what type of tree would be suitable for a cartoon. I ended up copying a tree that will had created in another scene, and imported my cat from my character project. It honestly looked ridiculous, but for a cartoonish thing, I guess it's okay. The other challenge I had was animating Jr. I did the walk cycle, and then played it, and it basically looks like he's a cripple. the problem is that one of the controllers i used to move his leg worked perfectly, but the other one wasn't consistent with how it influenced the joints.
